I am a mother, painter, potter, gardener, lover of nature… and

I grow people.

Whether you have had years of therapy or are just starting, I will meet you where you are. I can help you learn to trust your voice and feel like yourself again, perhaps for the first time.

Let’s see if we are a good fit.

I create a customized approach for each client blending elements of:

Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Therapy, Art Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Play Therapy, and Faith- Based Therapy (upon request).

I help clients of all ages learn about their unique brain and nervous system. They can then experiment with strategies for living that work FOR them, rather than against them.

I am experienced with sorting out complexity and “thinking outside of the box” with clients who have struggled for a long time. We work together to untangle the knot, with patience, persistence and hope.

Let’s see what’s possible. I can…

  • help you make sense out of chaos and find clarity.

  • give you space to unload what you are carrying.

  • offer helpful questions leading to greater insight.

  • carefully listen and “be with you” in hard places.

  • help you embrace your unique strengths and gifts.

Whether you are a child, teen, or an adult, you can create a vibrant vision for your future.

My Professional Background

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over 25 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and seniors. My early work in a variety of mental health settings (school counseling, residential, day treatment, acute outpatient) has provided a strong foundation for my work in private practice.
